Unable to open messages on iOS OB1 app (black screen)

  • Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Hi,

When I open the message screen from the iOS app, all I get is a black screen. The only solution to get the app back is to kill the app and restart.
It happens all the time since last week.
