Good afternoon. While I know your post was from ~ 2.5 yrs ago, and while I know this is not along I-94, I presume you've heard of/been to the Iron Range Off Highway Vehicle park in Gilbert? Fun times...7196 Petit Road, Gilbert, MN. About 1 hour or so from Duluth.
