Anyone have any recommendations at all for a new resident to Wa? Campsites, Trails, Rig Requirements/Precautions?? Thanks!

Welcome to the community!
The great thing about WA is that you are always within a few hours of some great overlanding. Running along the east side of the Cascades is the Washington Backcountry Discovery Route which starts at the border with Oregon and ends with the Canadian border. Check it out here.
To give you specific information we need to know a little more about what part of Washington you are from. If you are from Northwest Washington, we have an Overland Bound Meetup scheduled for Wednesday, August 22, 2018 in Alger, WA (information on the meetup is here). If the North Sound is too far, there may be a meetup in your area, so take a look here.
