Hey all, I joined a few weeks ago and never introduced myself. I live in Southern Saskatchewan, and am from Southern Ontario. I’m an avid hiker and camper. I got interested in overlanding before I moved to the prairies, but I had an Infiniti G35, and although “it doesn’t matter what you drive”, I couldn’t get that thing in most campgrounds lol. It died shortly after moving and I decided to get an SUV. I didn’t go for the perfect off-roader, but landed with a 2010 Dodge Nitro. Last week it got a 2” lift with 31’s just for a bit of added capability, but it definitely won’t be tackling Moab or the Rubicon. In the process of following the Overland Bound video on YouTube to make an auxiliary fuse box to supply a similar set up as Michael’s power supply in the back. I’ve followed the channel for about a year now and finally joined!

The second photo is my set up during a quick one nighter. It’s more comfortable than my 1 man tent when I’m not on an overnight hike.
