As the title implies.....I'm in need of a sanitary solution and I'm wondering if double doodie bags (the bigger ones I'm assuming) are compatible with the thunder box.

They are, you just need to put the seat up and spread the opening of the bag out and put the seat down to hold it in place.

No problem. And if you’re looking for a storage bag option, beyond the burlap sack it came in, I bought a folding grill bag off Amazon that leaves room for TP, wipes, the baggies, and whatever other bathroom needs you might need to bring along.

I've been using these with my Thunderbox for the last three years. Plenty big and strong and biodegradable for composting if you do that .
