I find your threads very confusing and disjointed. No rhyme or reason as to how they show up in the feed.

Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance this week and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

If you are referring to the Feed on the app they appear in the order of thread with recent comments. Just as they do on the right side of the desktop version of the website.
On the app at the top you can select "By Category" and it will display the sections/subsections in an organized manor.

The feed is just chronological. You can swipe left to reveal threads by category. There is also a tab at the top of the feed "By Category".
