I'm a trail runner in Seattle, WA. I'm putting on a 100 mile trail race on September 15th. The race starts in Salmon La Sac. It's an out and back course that will traverse the northern Teanaway Valley. I've got aid stations at Gallagher Head Lake and Van Epps Pass. As many of you may already know, they are driveable with 4x4 capable vehicles. I'm looking for a group of individuals/club that would be willing to make a weekend camping trip out of providing aid to our runners at these two locations.
All of the food and water would be provided, but it would need to be shuttled to the locations. We are looking to have about 120 runners. The work at the aid stations would be minimal, but would require an entire weekend commitment. If anyone can point me in the right direction on this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
