Hey everyone
I’m heading to the Tahoe CA. Area for a week of R&R and “Social distancing”. Any suggestions on open trails and camping areas where we can get away too? No KOA type campgrounds please.

Plus if you're not a resident and get caught in Tahoe, it's a $1000 fine.

Fight it in court. State of emergency declaration is only lawful for 60 days, then after all emergency "rules" are null and void. By law, state of emergency ended in California May 6. Time to take our country back from the tyrants.

As Kent mentioned the Stanislaus NF is asking people not travel to the national forest due to Covid. When it is reopened I recommend looking into Utica, Union, and Spicer reservoirs. There is also some camping near the Highland Lakes.
