v1.0 was about 200lbs and v2.0 is about 150lbs, I can definitely feel the difference moving it in and out of the truck

50 lbs does not sound like an awful lot but it can make a difference to your truck over time. We had a saying in the military and i'm sure you have heard it. "Ounces equal pounds and pounds equal pain!"

Yup, especially when it’s 100 degrees and I’m loading up my truck to go off road! The bigger goal for me was more functionality for less weight
 
Good job! Impressive! Have you considered installing 2 legs to support the drawer system? Do you think it is necessary especially when you are cutting something on the table?

Hey mate, saw your video yesterday and very impressed and interested. Been wanting to buy or make something like this for awhile now.

Just wondering if all this can be removed from the tub and how heavy and hard would it be?

I’ve cut, cooked, leaned on it, for me it doesn’t need the support. However one could add a support easy enough if they wanted.

I take it out when I’m not off roading and it’s about 150lbs. I have a hoist that I use to take off the rack and tent all together, then the drawer out. I’ve also lifted it in, but the hoist is friendly on my back :)

Yea I saw in your video your hoist for taking the racks on and off, just didn’t see anything about you taking the kitchen draw and fridge out. It’s looks good, you’ve done a great job.

So when you take the gear out what is left in the tub still? As my car is my daily driver and I am a tradie I use my tub for work so the emptier the better haha

It does great. My truck bed has weather stripping around the tail gate, and it’s hard to see in the video but the tops come down and rest on door weather stripping that fits right into the 80/20 channel. Thanks for the encouragement!
