Sway bars for overlanding?

With all the weight we carry up high on our racks... Seems like sway bars would be a benefit. Yet... all articles I read say sway bars are the enemy. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks... I'll have to look into the quick disconnect option. But don't think I'm going to rock crawl much...yet don't want to limit my articulation when needed. I suppose Hellwig will have what I need.

You're welcome.
It depends on the trail that dictate if I disconnect or not. Where I live, some trails can get technical quick and others are no worries.
Look around, read forums to get an idea of what's available for your vehicle.
