Over the weekend I went exploring in the Stanislaus National Forest. My goal was to spend some time scoping out various possible camping spots for trips later in the summer. Some of you may already know this, but I was surprised by how many of the forest roads were still closed. At one of the locked gates above Strawberry, CA this sign was posted. It lists roads that will remain closed until June 15th.
