I use these spacers everywhere, just today I finally got around to raising  my second row seats. After the installation of my home made stowage drawers I was having to release the seat lever in order to access the front compartment and to flip up the wings to access my axe or any other things stored on the sides.. So, off to Lowes I go to pick up bolts that are 3/4" longer than stock. Got my tube cutter out, and cut  the 1/2" copper tubing to  3/4".  This raised the rear of the seats just high enough to access the aforementioned storage areas...       I use copper tubing as spacers/standoffs for many things including stand offs for my gerry can holders...
