Southern UTAH winter advice

  • Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Hey fellow overlanders. We are planning to be in Southern Utah end of this month. We will be near Hurricane area and would like to know some easier excursions as our GX is mildly lifted. I know Winder Towing is just a phone call away, but prefer not to get stuck.
Want to explore some snowy back country roads and red cliffs.
Here is what I am thinking

1. Zion - Some roads get snowed out, would love to explore those
2. Sand hollow - Looks like an amazing place
3. Pink sand dunes - Again, this is something unique

What other places you think we should try out?
