I recently purchased this bumper from SSO for my 2017 and ended up trading my 4runner in on a pickup yesterday so this had never even been installed. It is 'as new' from SSO and includes all mounting hardware.

Here are the specs:
Slimline Hybrid bumper for 4runners
Winch line opening only (no cutouts)
Black powdercoat
Hoop

$700 and pick up in Nashville area only.

Just an FYI to all who are in the market for an SSO hybrid bumper for 5th Gen 4Runner: they use different templates for each model, and a TRD skid plate on a non TRD model requires an additional modification. They build to order. I recommend you call when ordering to ensure your bumper is made for the exact specs
and mods of your rig.
