Tons. I left a sleeping bag, two full sized pillows and a blanket inside. Its really roomy.

Not to try and oversell, but over the years I have had an iKamper, a GFC Super lite, and a Roam Vagabond and this was by far the highest quality, warmest and easiest to put up tent out of all of them.
