The 2019 Turtleback trailer is a custom ALL Aluminum frame and body Getaway trailer with an upgraded Icon suspension and a hammered powder coat finish. The Getaway has a 20-gallon water tank, water pump, shower plug in system and Guzzler H2O purification system installed. The lid lifts from the passenger side on HD struts to reveal a large storage area inside. The Electrical system charges from 110w shore power, the vehicle while driving and has a Zamp solar input plug charging an AGM battery. The Rear tire carrier swings open to reveal a slide out kitchen, sink and camp stove with built in propane w safety cutoff switches.
The trailer's rack was upgraded with a BRAND NEW Frontrunner rack that sports Jerrycan mounts, Max tracks mounts and is mounted to allow front runner wolf packs to fit perfectly between the lid and the rack for extra carrying capacity. You could easily mount a large rooftop tent on the rack. There are 3 positions to mount Propane tanks, (5lb, 11lb and 20lb)
The hitch is a Max Coupler allowing complete articulation and movement on the trail. The trailer has powered brakes and connects with a 7 pin connector and has a break away safety cord. This trailer will literally go anywhere your rig dares to go, and you won’t even notice it behind you.
