When it snows here, most places come to a complete stop! Now I have my Vitara, I actually enjoyed the snow this year!

How do you guys prepare for driving in snow?

Used to hate driving in snow until I got my current vehicle, now I can't get enough of snow driving.

This is the best vehicle I've ever owned! :D (and it's my 21st one after passing the test in 2003)

To be honest we get that little snow where I live in the U.K., every time we get it it’s an option to improve my snow driving skills. I don’t make any preparations beyond making sure my vehicle is fit for winter. Basically a good service and making sure to spray the door seals and locks with silicone to stop them freezing up. Driving in ice and snow is a mindset as far as I can tell which is basically about keeping it smooth. No fast acceleration, braking or cornering at the same time it’s not something I get to practice very often so it’s about finding somewhere safe to practice and learn.
