Can't say enough good things about the Snomaster USA customer service. I have a Classic 56 installed on a slide in my trailer. Picked up the trailer 2/11/2022. While initially, the temperature control was spot on, the refrigerator part of the unit began to have erratic temperature swings. I called Todd at Snomaster USA, and he diagnosed it over the phone as a thermostat problem. He shipped one out to me immediately free of charge and walked me through the swap out and installation of the new unit over the phone. Took me less than 30 minutes. The Snomaster is designed to make end user repair easy, and I can attest to that. 24 hour test, and everything operating as it should. Relieved. Thanks Todd!
