Thanks. The "goat marker" is a statue of a Marco Polo Sheep and located at the Kyzyl Art Pass Road in the borderregion of Tadjikistan and Kyrgizstan.

This bordercrossing at about 4,200 meters above sea level was the highest and landscape-wise most stunning border crossing I ever experienced.
