Do have a picture of the sign, but in Rainsville, AL, there is a sign that reads, "Water on Road when raining". Really? Not kidding!! It's raining!
I'm sure it means, the road has standing water during a rain, but that's not how the sign reads.

Trip to Leviathon mines road. stopped on the side of the road to wait for another party so happened to be the state line.

Not a road sign but I had to make up some of these to keep people from cooking my transmitters at work. Hopefully this helps.

This is what I found when trying to hit a piece of BLM property... Turns out it was surrounded by signs and windmills without public access :(
Highway 80 near Lake Tahoe during a blizzard.
