This is for a Roofnest Condor XL bought in April 2021 used 5 times. There is absolutely no problems, tears issues or missing items.

This tent MSRP from Roofnest is $3495 plus tax currently. I am asking $2800 firm.

I'm selling this because we bought an overland trailer that already has a tent setup for winter camping and we don't need two.

I love in Weatherford, TX just west of Fort Worth and this is for pickup only.

How much bedding can you fit in the tent when its closed?
Two full size pillows and a large sleep bag?
