Roof Rack

Currently I have a slimline rack for the bed of my track that has my RTT on it and running a thule square bar rack on the cab with the door jam towers....Water is dripping in through the doors and onto the seats. Anyone else have this issue and what have you dont to fix it? Also what other rack systems is everyone running to avoid this issue? Any track style mounts through the cab itself?

I had some leakage when I installed my Front Runner roof rack, had some water dripping into the cab at the pillar handle on the driver side. I didn't put enough silicone on one of the bolts before going through the factory threaded holes in the gutter on the cab. I would start there, check all the bolts and put plenty of silicone on if you haven't done so already. Once I did this, I didn't see another drop.
