Roof rack mounting issues

Hi! I own a 1999 P38 Range rover. I found a nice looking roof rack on a garage sale but there's no brackets to mount the rack. Does anyone know of a universal mount or maybe have insight on how to custom make a mount? Thanks for the help!

Good call on the picture.. I'll get a few tomorrow in the daylight. It is a gutter design on the roof. The rack is round tubing.
