This past week the i lost my rig (99 jeep Cherokee) to a fatal blown head gasket. after spending 4.5k in maintenance and repairs in this past year i knew it was time to let her go. i still have it and am deciding what to do, but in the meantime i decided to head to the local Toyota dealer.
My budget was unfortunately limited, But happened to spot in the rear of the used lot a gem. after an extended test drive and a trip to the mechanic to look it over top to bottom. I am now the owner of a 2004 4runner limited. it has 139k miles on it but runs as good as it did the day it came off the show room floor.
I was dreading starting from scratch again, but I'm now invigorated. I cant wait to start turning wrenches and get to wiring. Now to decide where to start once i have my basic creature comforts covered and get my Ham/s installed.
Cant wait to see you all on the trail. looking forward to starting this adventure with everyone
