Here's an update on the Rancho RS9000 that I thought was a plus. In August of this year (2019), I thought my front springs were beginning to sag a little (maybe 1-1/2"). It lost my previous measurements, so I couldn't tell the exact number, but it was noticeable. I contacted Rancho to check on what they had in stock, start shopping for another set. Quick answer, they replaced the set for free, and paid to return the old ones. Great service. They did ask: How long I had them installed (7 Years) , approximately how many miles (80k). Don't recall if they required the receipt, but I did send it to help speed things up. They were still functioning okay, no leaks, adjustment knobs still in place and functional, etc.) I just didn't care for the sagging. Anyway, just thought I'd pass that along.
