Hello all, i have a couple b size balls in my truck, but looking to get new Ipad pro (big one) and not sure whether they will hold up with that weight. Ram notes the B size can hold ~2lbs and the ipad is 1.4lbs but would appreciate opinions on this. Ideally i don't have to go for the hard mount to the seat as it won't be used everyday. Thanks!

I use a 12.9 IPad Pro with my Bulletpoint mount. Works pretty well. Never have had a problem even when the trail gets a little more difficult. My mount is maxed out on that iPad for sure!! Used Ram mounts for years in my patrol car for years and never an issue there either. Hope that helps!

I use ram mounts for all me electronics including a 9” iPad. Have used both the normal size and larger (B and C??) mounts. Both held the iPad, the larger had less vibration/flex. The length of the arm factors into this as well.

I’d recommend the larger size.
