Disc golf and rock climbing do well with the over landing lifestyle. I would like to take up canoe fishing at some point.

Geocaching is a great activity! Especially when you have little ones. We used to take all of our kids with us, one of us would stay in the excursion with the youngest while the other went and helped the older kids find/hide caches.
