Would love to here about some cool overland cooking ideas... simple to exotic.

Here 19430010_1614875141865205_3390771526825491126_n.jpg is a picture of a simple meal...picked up some Chinese at the local deli going through town, quick to heat up on the trail, add some rice and presto!

Do you guys typically go with the dual burner stove only? I have a Coleman Roadtripper grill that we use for almost everything, but I don't see many people here using that?
 
My wife showed how to do a great omelette. Get the ingredients you want in it. Put them in a plastic ziplock bag. Add your eggs, while your doing this, have a pot of water on to boil, put the ziplock bag with all your ingredients in the boiling water for 12-15 minutes and you'll have a perfect omelette
