Otramm time for response

I needed work done on our 2015 GX460 and sent in for an estimate via his online form. I have not heard back and really wanted the work done.
Is this normal for his response time? I did call and spoke to a gentleman who said he would get back to me as he was reviewing the requests. That was also several weeks ago.
I am NOT bashing him in anyway, just curious if this was the norm.

Ryan is a great guy, and OTRAMM is busy for a reason. As you mentioned, it’s difficult to get the car in, but it’s definitely worth it.
