Wow I didn't realize there were so many! Are there any Magazines our there? Small town living is starting like being a cave dweller! At least toward OB.

I agree! Rony Dahl is another great overland guy! I've just remember of Paul Marsh (Alu-Cab owner).

I dont follow dfw overland anymore, had a troll from denton tell me everything ive done is stupid compared to his toyota and he questioned my intelligence even though ive been working on rigs before he ever had a license to drive.

Yeah Overland Journal is awesome. Sheer inspiration in each issue. Those folks really go way out there and it is great to see.

Vehicle specific forums are always a great source of information for your exact vehicle and it's quirks. Whether it's a jeep forum or tacoma forum or FJ forum, etc. Some have been around for years and have accumulated piles of info.

For my FJ it's fjcruiserforums.com

For Overlanding though.... this is my goto site..... I have an account at Expedition Portal but I rarely get involved there. There just isn't the same feel of community and there seem to be lots of holier-than-thou types.
