In Review Order #63969 No response

Hello,

I placed the above mentioned order on Aug 20th, which consisted of a new member emblem (16340) and a sticker. I haven't heard anything since then, and no indication it has shipped yet. I sent a request via the website form on Sep 1st, which also received no response. I then sent a follow up email to the support email address on Friday. It's now Sunday and I still haven't seen any kind of response.

Really hoping someone can assist me and get my order shipped out soon.

I was told this would be shipped out in 5-7 business days, and it's been 9 business days now. Just wondering when it might get shipped out.
