Off Road Access Camping Boone, Ashville, Chimney Rock

Finally have a weekend off!!! I would like to go tent camping preferably as far away from other people as possible and only accessible by off-road truck or jeep. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated it will be just my wife, dog and me.
