North Florida camping.

Cheap state overland is looking to make a run to north Florida on feb 7 to do some relaxed camping and trail riding. Any recommendations? I've taken a look at the south east adventure trail that passes through and around apalachicola National forest. Does anyone have any info on if the dispersed camp sights can be reached by a vehicle? All the info I have found shows hiking only.
