Last April at the Natural State Bonfire in AR a guy I met from Missouri and I were talking about the trasharoo and I stated how I didn't like how it sagged when empty. He shared with me a little trick that would solve all of that.

He stated that I should go to Wal-Mart (or anywhere) and buy an oval or semi-round trash can. So I finally did and what a difference it makes.

fits like a glove. And now it will keep all of the liquid and filthiness in the trash can and not have to deal with it getting all in the trasharoo. Looks better...more effective. Just wanted to pass along this little secret I have never seen posted anywhere.

The physical appearance of a trash container is an odd thing to be concerned over.

Brilliant! Not so much the appearance - digging through the Trasharoo to find the bag opening is a bit frustrating, especially when everything is covered in a 2-inch layer of road dust. Having the opening secured and accessible, and helping to capture any leakage seems like this is worthy of a try. Thanks for the idea.

Useful tip, but I wonder if it will invite unwanted attention from unknowing people thinking there is some sweet offroad gear in the bag attached to the sweet offroad rig.

Great idea. Also, it may help the Trasharoo last longer as it will protect the nylon from piercings...at least from the inside out!
