Newbie Intro

How's it going?

The name is Teng.

I heard about Overland Bound from Bryan (boss324) while pumping gas. We had a little chit chat about offroading etc and he mentioned this group...cool guy!

But I'm from Central California.

My rig is nothing special or fancy and a work in progress...I drive an 08 Toyota FJ Cruiser Trails Team Edition.

So far I love this rig. There's so much I want to do to it but I also have to be a responsible father :P...So far I have a 2" leveling kit on it and pretty much everything else is stock that came on the Trails Team Edition.

As far as overlanding experience goes...not much...besides my love for the outdoors...I pretty much utilize my FJ as a tool to get me to and from my passion for the outdoors...so far it has taken me everywhere I have wanted to go and everything I've put it up against...love this rig...my only regret about this rig is that I should had gotten it a long long time ago...

Teng, welcome to Overland Bound from the Sierra Foothills Overlanders. As for you being from Central Ca. If you live in Tracy you have at least one meet-up over the hill in the South Bay, check the calendar if you interested. Also I think something might start up in the Stockton-south area in the near future so keep an eye out.

Hello Teng and welcome to the OB crew ..great looking Toy and look forward to seeing your build and adventures . Toyota's are more than capable stock so just get your family out into adventures
