Good evening!!! I have been lurking around for sometime and watching Overland Bound on IG and follow other overlanders on Instagram.
A little about me, I am a Veteran serving our country for 8 years. My duty stations included Virginia, Japan, San Diego and Washington State. While living in WA State I developed a love for off roading and camping. We used to explore the forest service roads around the Olympic Peninsula. No we did not see Big Foot :( but did enjoy he outdoors and what the Olympic Peninsula had to offer. While living in WA State I bought a 2002 Nissan Xterra in Shock Blue.
Shortly after getting out I started school and just last month I finally completed my degree in Criminal Justice Management. While in school and shortly after reading an article in Tread Magazine about Team Overland from Southern Oregon. While reading the article and doing some research I wanna start a program like that here in Arizona.
My question to all of you is, do any of you know of similar programs in AZ, NW, UT and CO? The organization I am going to be working with would like to send me to one of these programs to see how they are ran.
