Searched the entire Internet for some heavy duty 12ga shovels for a fair price.
Came across a company called Bully Tools.
Bully Tools is an American company that produces high quality tools at a fair price.
This shovel is built with a gusset on the back of the handle for extra strength and doesn't weigh anymore than my regular shovel. My plan is to turn one of them into a mud shovel.
Check them out @ Bullytools.com

We have a 36" water key by Bully Tools at work. It's not the strongest design I've seen and the rod has a 45* twist in it now but it still works.

One good thing I can say about it is the welds are extremely strong! To twist a solid piece of 3/8" steel held at the ends by only welds is pretty good.

I've had a Krazy Beaver tools Murder Spork. This thing is beefy!. And the tines are great for top crust and crap. NCLR gets a small discount but i think it's pretty worth it.

Happy to loan, show, share if you are in Nor Cal Bay Area.

Michael what size of shovel is that? I was in their site but didn't see that one, I saw a couple with just a straight bar and a wooden one that has that type of handle. Thanks Jose
