I still have my Jeep but I just picked up this 05 Silverado z71 with 148000 miles positraction rear end plan on a camper shell soon and also have a brush guard coming for it in January would like to get some ideas from others that's have full size rigs

Always great to see a fellow Silverado owner. I have a 99 with a tonneau cover. I’m planning on putting a small lift kit on, installing a new ham and can radio set. Since I won’t be taking it anywhere really crazy I’m leaving the 265/75/16’s on it. One thing I would suggest is rockers to protect the doors as well as a better skid plate or two.

I’m currently trying to figure out a drawer system for the bed of the truck. I’d like to make a pull out kitchen on one side and a pull out storage for gear on the other side.

Plenty of options to do to your truck however. Do you do any fishing / hunting/ mountain biking / canoeing?
 
I do go fishing and sometimes some kayaking but I do alot of camping

I'm planning on getting the roof rack set up from a avalanche or crew cab silverados and shorten it down to fit the extendrd cab
