Hey everyone my name is James I'm based out of manteca ca just getting into overlanding I've always been an outdoors guy buy recently go into a 85 cj7 and love it look forward to doing to adventuring!

Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Just found a meet up in my area tomorrow im going to go to, I have a 1985 cj7 with a spring over lift on 36x14.5 swampers with a 1990 chevy 350, 700r4 trans, a dana 30 up front 44 in the rear with chromoly shafts its a work in progress i just picked it up a few weeks back excited to take it out. I have a 2012 silverado with a 6" lift on 33s but thats my daily for work so didn't take it out much

Wow, you have a classic beast! I have always wanted an old CJ5 or CJ7. Sounds like you have a very capable rig there!
