US Southwest - RIGS AND COFFEE - SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
Fairfield SP is being sold to a developer. The lease to the State just ended and the owners is selling the land to a Developer. I didn’t realize it was a lease. Interesting. I’ve camped there once, a few years ago. The feral hog damage along the trails was significant.
