Hello all. I'm new here from Sonoma County, California. Looking forward to attending some meet ups and trips in my 1999 Chevy K1500. I've had this truck nearly 20 years and have put a decent amount of work into it over the years.

Swapped out the automatic trans for a 5 speed w/ granny low (NV4500) and just dropped a brand new GM L31 V8 into her this past month. Just put dual Odyssey batteries and a winch on, and after years of searching, finally found a color matching camper shell in decent shape for the right price and build out a simple sleeper set up. Yea, the paint sucks, but that makes it a lot less painful going through heavy brush. Looking forward to may more years of outdoor travel and adventure.

Put my name down as first on the list to buy a 2014 GX 460 that may work my be getting rid of, so I'll likely be building that out sometime over the next couple years.

Welcome! We have regular monthly meet-ups every 3rd Saturday of the month in Rohnert Park. This month we will be learning how to repair a punctured tire. Mixed in all that are trips planned by local members too. Hope to see you there!
