Excited to be here and get overlanding and meeting new people. I'm located here in colorful Glenwood Springs, CO.

I'm new to overlanding but eager to get into it. I'm just started on out fitting my rig which is a 89 suburban but my dream rig is a 87 land cruiser.

There are lots of places here to go in Colorado and need some help and direction in the art of overland.

I've had a couple of Suburbans. I miss them. Nice thing about the Suburban was flatten the seats and throw some sleeping bags in and you're good to go, plenty of room. Loved mine. (had a 93 1/2 ton and 99 3/4 ton HD). Only bad thing about mine was the 3/4 ton never met a gas station it didn't like. :)

What's yours like?

It's a 89 1/2 ton. Has 1 ton axles 33's with a 3" lift. Nothing crazy but I'm still working on it. Have a drawer system I want to install just haven't had the time. I like it. But there is always something I want to change.
