They're a ton of different ways to mount them depending on what you have. Since I don't have a roof rack yet, I used the existing roof rails and the supplied L brackets with some longer bolts. It's holding up really well. You can actually grab the awning and rock the truck back and forth. I'll get some pictures later when I get home.
