Look up http://www.4x4lifeoffroad.com/about.html . I've been out there with them once. Good group of guys and they won't make you do anything you aren't comfortable with. They do guided trips on Sundays on an old deer lease property. They're about an hour north of you near the Ms border. I keep meaning to go again, but it's a 2 hour drive for me each way so I would need to leave very early or hotel up the night before.
