I'm fairly new to the overlanding thing although I grew up on the backroads of the PNW mostly in Idaho, nothing crazy like rock crawling just average forest service roads and as far away from "town" as possible. I Currently live just outside of CDA Idaho. My current rig is a '06 Subaru Baja (unmodified) but that is for sale and in the market for a quality midsized suv for the growing family. Hoping to get some good wisdom from my fellow outdoor adventurers out there.

Hey from down South in Boise. Seems like a lot of folks around in the northern Idaho/eastern Washington area.

Welcome to Overland Bound! The Inland-northwest meet-up conference call happens the third Sunday of the month, and they are also having several trail runs this summer. If your interested here is the forum link.

Its too bad you are selling this great vehicle, in stock form they do forestry roads very well! Ive got the Outback sedan version and I constantly get praise for where I take it. In a just a few weeks, its getting a 4.5" lift with Bilstein 5100 struts from a Tacoma, 29-30" tires, TJ winch bumper, etc!

Lots of Subie owners in the owners registry, below in my sig!

Oh for sure, I have taken this thing all over the place including a ditch in a whiteout snow storm and have never been stuck or let down.
