It might outside the Mojave but inside we are good. The Mojave has made plans and taken the necessary steps to protect the Tortoise so currently our routs are good.IS this going to hamper us?

This has been coming for a very long time and I would think that now that it is in place it will actally be amended. The main problem is the side by sides making their own routs. The guy in Death Valley last month didn't help either.

I spend quite a bit of time out there (Mojave) and I can say this, some parts have gotten real bad with the "SxS" crowd. Its starting to look like Ocotillo.
