My Land Rover Discovery 2 Build

Hi everyone,

Just bought this 2004 Disco 2 a month ago and just wanted to share. I'm building it somewhat slowly, but its off to a great start.

It has 119,000 miles, 4.6l v8, auto trans, CDl (center diff lock), open 3.55 front and rear gears, rear jump sets (7 seats all together).

To start, I had to revamp the entire coolant system, replace front driveshaft, front and rear bumpers, 3" terrafirma lift kit, front brakes.

As I go, there will be posts to this thread for new projects. so here's pics.

Awesome! Be sure to replace that brittle plastic return from the radiator to the overflow tank or it will make you wish you did! Ask me how I know[emoji19]

Great vehicle and I look forward to following this one. I had an '03 Silver D2 (looked just like yours) and loved it. Unfortunately, it spent it's life in New Hampshire and while it was pristine inside and out, the under carriage was a typical NE rust out.
