Mudflap Recomendations

I am looking to swap out the stock mudflaps on my Tacoma. The sounds of the plastic constantly scraping is starting to take its toll on my ears, but I don't want to completely remove them.

What aftermarket route have you taken or recommend?

Not sure how well it would work for you but I bought some 5mm thick rubber sheet and cut it to work with the existing fixings and brackets on my Cruiser.
