Anyone have current info if the trail is open? Trail condition? And best direction of travel? Thanks.

I have been told the trail is open by someone who went to replace the flag, and you can go from either side. I usually go from East to West overnighting at Belfort then heading up to the summit.

Thanks . Kent. The trail can be done in one day? Would prefer to camp lower. out of the wind.
