The company my brother-in-law works for had 3 M105A2 trailers sitting over in the weeds and decided to sell them. I couldn't resist picking one up for cheap. Now that I already have a trailer built to use, I can take my time on this one and put some thought into it. Looking forward to cuttin and welding on this baby!

Got this thing home a few weeks ago and it is in great shape! It is also really, really big! :)

I will definitely be cutting this thing down and making it narrower. Will probably take the bed off, cut 14" out and weld it back together. That will match the width of my Gladiator.

Initial plans so far are to replace the axles, hubs, and wheels to drop it all down. Cut off a bunch of excess metal to lighten it up. Replace the front dolley (that looks like the front landing gear of an F-16 fighter jet). Replace the 24V lights with 12V.

Took the tailgate off the other day.

Progress is pretty slow as spring has me preoccupied with house/yard work and taking the current trailer out.
